01What does “liposomal” actually change?
A liposome is a microscopic lipid sphere that carries a nutrient through the digestive tract and delivers it to the cell rather than losing most of it on the way. It is the reason a small measured dose of a liposomal active can do the work of a far larger conventional one.
02How do I take these formulas?
CoEnzyme Q10, Glutathione Reduced, NAD+ and Nervonic Acid: one pump (2 ml) per serving, one serving daily. Alpha Lipoic Acid: two pumps (4 ml) per serving, up to two servings daily. Trichosome® Hair Growth: two teaspoons (10 ml) per serving, up to two servings daily. Take it with a small amount of water or your favourite drink. Best on an empty stomach or between meals.
03How should I store the bottle?
Keep it sealed, out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Refrigeration after opening is the safest habit for a liquid liposomal preparation and keeps the solution clear for the life of the bottle.
04How many servings are in a bottle?
Serving size and servings per container are printed on every label and product page. A four-ounce Ultrasomal® bottle carries sixty 2 ml pumps — sixty servings of CoEnzyme Q10, Glutathione Reduced, NAD+ or Nervonic Acid, or thirty servings of Alpha Lipoic Acid at two pumps each. The 500 ml Trichosome® bottle carries twenty-five 10 ml servings.
05Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We currently ship across the United States at a flat standard rate, calculated at checkout. Orders are picked in the order they are received; you will get a confirmation the moment yours is on its way.
06What if a formula is not right for me?
Write to us. We would rather talk it through and make it right than have a bottle sit unused in a cupboard — our refund terms are set out in full on the Refund Policy page.
