Each serving provides a liposomal blend of phytosterols, phospholipids (including phosphatidylcholine), and standardized botanical extracts — cramp bark, turmeric root, ginger root, and Acer truncatum seed and leaf — formulated to support myelin sheath integrity and modulate erratic nerve signaling.

Phytosterols, plant-derived compounds structurally analogous to cholesterol, are gaining attention for their protective and potentially reparative role in the myelin sheath — the fatty insulation surrounding nerve fibers. Cholesterol serves as a primary structural component of myelin; phytosterols have been shown to interact with neural and glial cells to suppress secretion of pro-inflammatory proteins implicated in demyelination.

A key limitation, however, is that free phytosterols exhibit very poor intestinal absorption, which has hindered translation of promising neuroprotective findings into successful human outcomes.
